The Image Grabber Add-On:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/9924/

Well worth a look at from all accounts
Firefox only!

The Editor:

http://pixlr.com/editor/

The editor is an online editor (v.good) and is useable on most browsers, not just Firefox

The image grabber
Grabbing screens and pulling images from the web just got a bit easier. With the Pixlr Grabber add-on, you can copy, save, share or even edit your final grabs - including any image or background - with just a right-click

The editor

is an image editor, much like Gimp, which allows layering of images together and the like.. It runs using Flash (pretty much guaranteed you already have this running on your computer.)
you can read more about the editor here: http://pixlr.com/faq/

Lol and seeing as you've edited.. Probably not much, but maybe in an easier manner. I dont know what you're running already :smt002

If you've got Paintshop Pro or Gimp, ignore the editor!
If you've got Jet Screenshot, ignore the grabber

Neither but I prolly wouldn't know what to do with them if I had! I just save pics and work on them the old-fashioned way, works for me.....
