Jet Screenshot problem

I've been using Jet with no problems for a few months - until recently

Whenever I capture a screenshot, I can't send it - I keep getting the error message "wrong login or password"

However, I am logged in, with my e-mail address and the password sent to me by Jet; I can access and use the files previously sent, but can't send new ones.

Jet's support suggested logging in again, but that doesn't achieve anything.

Any ideas, please?

what browser are you using?

try resetting cookies.....

Ive had no problems.
Which JSS are you using? (right click tray icon -> about)

Im using 2.3.0.0 with no ills
