is your isp giving you what you pay for ?

I'm guessing this might not be quite right as there are something like 5 PCs using the connection at the moment - my guess is that's just what my PC is seeing.

Be interesting to try this when fewer of the family have their PCs on.

(BTW .... I've got the day off today - that's why I'm able to test my home connection)

Mind you 1.95Mbps is very good - so probably not an issue with multiple PCs on here.

Don't know why upload is so poor - I'm on cable not ASDL so I thought upload and download speeds were meant to be the same ???

EDIT: Just tried again to see how it varies:

Maybe not with the postal strike. So it'll be on me bike then for the broad power band connection.

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Hi Torn, I've been thinking of moving my ISP to Zen for a while now - they seem to get good write-ups in a lot of magazines and surveys. How has your experience been?

I started to worry about PlusNet after they got taken over by BT...

Varies quite a bit depending on which server you choose
