XP - where to buy

I need to buy an English language official copy of XP for a father - i - l who cannot cope with his Spanish language version. I want to pay the oem price rather than the private purchaser price but am reluctant to try these on line software spammers. XP not Vista.

Does anyone know a safe secure source?
