Dell P1230, don't want anything for them, just want them to go away.
Had five years use. One fine, one flickers occasionally.
Come from a home filled with chain smoking cats so probably full of dust and fur.

I guess you consider the one with the added flicker-function to be the more desirable of the two.randomsquid wrote:Dell P1230, don't want anything for them, just want them to go away.

And both come with tubes, which seems to be a popular option nowadays.D-Rider wrote:I guess you consider the one with the added flicker-function to be the more desirable of the two.randomsquid wrote:Dell P1230, don't want anything for them, just want them to go away.

The space thing was the eventual clincher, two on a desk and there's just about room for a keyboard and a cat if you push it really hard.mangocrazy wrote:Still got one spare in the garage. Can't bear to part with it in case my main one goes pop. They may take up loads of space (correction; they DO take up loads of space), but the image quality is worth it.
CRTs rule, LED/LCDs suck.
I bought a Dell U2412m and I have to say I'm more or less converted.
