I had one it was so slow to start up so I complained and had it swapped for a HTC one X, its about 5 or 6 times faster and the screens a lot better quality. only downside is they are fragile as ios a massive screenm, it really need s flip hard case round it. (which I have now)

Thats my 2p worth HTH :smt001

Oh and he's got an upgrade! Wonder what he's got now after 4 weeks :smt005

I have an S2. It's a great phone.Quick to start up.. runs apps well and costs me 15 quid a month for 18 months as the s3 has been released.. I would expect to pay less than that 2nd hand based on that! more like 180 max?

Another s2 user here. Fantastic phone. I love it. I don't feel the need to upgrade this phone anytime soon and have owned it for the last 18 months. Check on ebay to compare how much they are going for.

I know people who complain of battery life, but that's pretty much a trait of the 'smart' phone. One lad has the S3. It fell out of his pocket from about 2' on to a carpeted floor.. Screen broke. Very fragile device.

If you turn wifi and gps off when youre not using it, battery life is slightly improved. Agree about it being a trait of the smartphone.. I think all suffer with it, it's just how you manage your device that counts.
