nice bike

i can still see some red undercoat but....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Very pretty Browny. If only Aprilia had brought this colour out earlier, they'd never have gone out of production and every other biker would have had one. :smt007

They cocked up with their publicity shots of it too - they showed red brake callipers which looked really naff.

I couldn't remember what they were actually like on the bike but the thought of those hideous things made my decision for a bronze one - the gold forks and callipers easily trumping the black forks and (supposedly) red callipers of the Flamingo Red bike.
Had I known the truth, I'd be riding a Flamingo red one myself.

I had a flamingo red bird at first.... till some scoats stole it. I talked to the salesman cos I too didn't like the red callipers and "copper" coloured silencers and he assured me they never looked like that. Anyway still love my bronze replacement now.
