Personally, I'd like a KH500 to play with, but I suppose an RS250 would do... :smt004 :smt003

trust me, you wouldn't

I had just about all of that range - KH250, 350, 400 and an H1 - and they all scared me stupid - very very fast in a straight line... corners were a natural cure for constipation

and have i mentioned the joke they called brakes??

I used to have an S1 250 , It was a load of shit round corners. Just like the Z1 that I had.

I guess they left the hinge in the frame

Well I was the proud owner of a KH500 in my dim & distant past, which was the start of my "personalising" career. I had the frame nickel plated, lots of chrome, custom paint work etc..why did I ever sell it? :smt017

It also featured the wonderful "hinge in the frame" and the appauling lack of ground clearance was also fun.

Another factor was the fuel consumption just opening the filler cap when the engine was running caused a vacuum strong enough to pull you in!

Never the less I was and still am a triple fan, and hopefull will be the owner of a fully restored S3 to add to the stable very soon :smt016

2 strokes, once bitten eh?

Yeh but we didn't know any better about brakes and handling in those days and they were a lotta fun in a straight line. Over time I had -
Suzuki T350 and GT380 plus KH250 and 350 Kwackers and loved em all at the time, well most of the time!
Used to really enjoy blowin open topped sports cars away and leavin em lost and chokin in the smoke screen. :smt019

Trust me, I WOULD.

You've just listed all the things that made them so entertaining! :smt003 :smt003 :smt003

Actually I thought my 250 went round corners rather well... (and what were the brakes for??? :smt002 ). Oh to be 17 again. :smt003
