Strangest thing i've liberated from a petrol tank was a petrol tap. No idea why anyone thought they went on the inside.. but someone did..lol.. :smt017

The daftest thing i've retrieved was one of those FuelCat things.. Lead pellets inside a stainless mesh cage. Waste of money IMO. It had been in the tank 10 years and looked more or less the same as it would've when it went in.. :smt005

BTW I was chatting to an owner of a very pristine GPz900 today at lunchtime, it was as good as new really as it'd never been out in the wet and was garaged every time it was parked up.
