Hi there I am really needing some help ....My Dad (a man of a certain age) has a 1981 1100 plain Jane Goldwing with comstar wheels on the ones with rivets .....and he is having trouble putting a sidecar on the bike but will not understand that maybe a new set of wheels will fix the problem ....any views welcome thank you💎

I've deleted your duplicate post in the 'Workshop' section. With a change of use from solo to sidecar I'd suggest that you speak to an 'expert'. The forces you are putting through frame and wheels differ enormously between solo and sidecar usage, and conversion is not something to be done lightly. If it were me I'd be taking advice from people who do conversions like this for a living, not asking Joe Random Punter on the Interwebs for his opinion...
