Gits...
Anyhoo! I've had an Italian in the garage for many a year now.. all earth shattering Lambretta 175cc's of it..
Yes I have bought a Mille, pick it up Saturday. Full service history, HPI clear, 23k miles or so.
2004 model for 2400 of your finest pounds, which I dont think is too bad. it went reduced last night then they gave me another 200 quid off today for a quick sale after they spoke to the bloke they were selling it for. I guess it's the wrong colour to be desirable as a Mille..
Add to that the insurance to cover both my Dad's Honda CBR600 and the Mille which came in at 340 quid fully comp and I think i've had a good day really! Disclosed the aftermarket can and the double bubble screen on the Mille..... and the rust on the Honda.

I think the colour's fine, tho' I guess many RSV afficionados wouldn't agree. Shame about the stickers - they spoil the smooth, clean look.
I think you might find fitting these advantageous, as long as you fit them upside down

Sounds like a really good day to me Tim, and I also like RSVs in that colour.
It's a very nice bike at a good price.
So you're fully converted at last, (
I always thought you might end up with a late model 9R like me, which are also very good value lately, but you bought something a little bit better).
I'm sure you will really enjoy it, although sadly you'll miss out on the chance to do some standard upgrades like fitting RSV swingarms and rear shocks!
