Thinking, at the moment, of Rockbridge Park, Presteigne, Powys. Large, well-appointed camp-site, about 15 mins walk (20 mins stagger) from Presteigne & its pubs. Plenty of B & Bs in town, for those averse to camping. Some good roads in the area for ride-outs, e.g. ca. 80 miles to Aberystwyth. I need to check with the owners that they'll be prepared to accept you lot. If not, I have a fall-back plan, which involves travelling about 25 miles further West.

It would be helpful to have an early indication of interest

And now again, in English, please.
Interested in the Welsh trundle. Interested in all events actually, but if I'm working I probably won't have time and if I'm not working I probably won't have any money, so can't commit to anything at the moment.

Well he'd better hope that you can otherwise I reckon he's going to be missing his leathers hugely - they should fit nicely with a belt and some gaffer tape .....

Edit:
Ok, I've sent them an e-mail. I mentioned that we're all fine, upstanding pillocks of the community, so don't let me down if we end up there!

Might be worth giving this bloke a shout.

Went on a stag weekender up there last year.. Was brilliant. Left to our own devises.. Which probably wasn't the best of ideas.. haha. We had a large tent with a gen-set to power a few lights and a hi-fi. But it's the company that makes the event, regardless of where it is.

OK, here we go. The Radnor Arms (my previous post) is closed for refurbishment, so, feeling the need to press on, I've been looking elsewhere.
This campsite
http://www.clunvalleycamping.co.uk/ is 2 mins walk from this pub

I've just spoken to the campsite proprietor - a very pleasant-sounding lady called Dawn - and she seems very amenable to a visit from our good selves. £5.00 per adult per night, no additional charge for vehicles. £2.00 per night for electric hook-up (might be useful for cooking?). We can have the use of her 'camp-fire barbecue' -which, from her description, sounds like the contraption on which St. Laurence achieved martyrdom. Portable barbecues are acceptable.
The Crown has some B & B rooms, and seems to get good reviews. Evening meals, but no Saturday lunch.

So, what do you think, peeps?
And by the way, I am aware that this location is in Shropshire, not Wales.
