Theyre not renegades. They may maybe have bits of renegades involved.. a bit of pipework maybe, but they are definately not renegade cans.
Also 'the carbon cans are fairly new.' they'd be doing really bloody well to make then renes.. renegade ceased trading about 5 years ago

the up pies from the collector are renegade - rest are not
i have what those purport to be in titanium - and they are different - the silencer comonents are held on by two long threaded rods, not rivets....

What makes RENEGADE RACE CANS unique amongst our competitors is that all component parts, including end caps, adaptors, clips, screws, nuts, etc. are manufactured from weather resistant 304 Stainless steel.

Maybe just using artistic licence on the description.
The fulll system.. headers, collector links and cans with chip retailed at about a grand, so the current price would maybe be good for the 'renegade' part of that set up. the cans look like some of the ones on fleabay for @150 quid apiece, although the photos arent that brilliant, so again theyre secondhand but obviously worth a few quid which puts the current bids as cheap, just be under no illusion about those cans.. theyre not renes!
My own personal take on carbon fibre cans: Theyre carbon and going on a big twin so the least you'd want is to know the make.. for an indication of whether they'd last with a big twin smashing the crap out of them with it's pulsing. it does happen.
