I found this historic thread using CNC bar risers (etc):

Anyone on here used this and be willing to give some feedback please?
Many thanks

I have done this using tuono bar risers and yoke. I bought a pre-butchered fairing as I couldn't bring myself to cut up my good one.
The position is much more comfortable. The front feels a lot more twitchy, but that's because I've hardly ridden it since the change. I have installed a damper, but not test ridden it yet.
There are some others that have done this who will give you some more in depth feedback.
Have you tried helibars or switching the std bars above the yoke first?
