Engine up for grabs

#1 Post by KitchenSync » Wed Jun 04, 2014 1:04 am

In the hope that my Falco's RSV engine fires up tomorrow - I'm going to have a slightly tired Falco engine needing a home. It's done 53k miles. Got crankcase damage around the gear change shaft, no starter motor. If anybody wańts it, you are welcome to take it but it has to be this weekend as I'm about to move flat and absolutely can't take it with me.

It's in Nottingham - just let me know if you want it otherwise I'll call the scrap metal guys to come and take it.

I know it's a long shot, but I need the bolts that hold the starter together (the long thin ones) if you happen to have a spare set from your other starter.

P.S. check my location :smt107

Where abouts in Nottingham? I'm sorely tempted for obvious reasons (and think I could create a coffee table from it!).

Cheers

I'll take it off your hands - always handy to have spares lying around for obvious reasons.

Should be in Nottingham in a couple of weeks if you can hang onto it until then?

What do you want for it?
