BevelHeaven -Brembo rebuild kits, seals etc.

#1 Post by Dalemac » Mon Jul 04, 2011 3:20 pm

Hi guys,

As most of you know, brembo internal mastercylinder kits/ piston seals are supposably unobtainable, resulting in you buying an entire new mastercylinder.

I have found a US supplier which stocks all the "hard to find restoration parts for your vintage Italian motorcycle along with all kinds of other useful parts for modern bikes". One of these kits is the 12mm rebuild kit which is found on most brembo rear calipers for ducati's and aprilias, for example the falco, mille and tuono.

stock all sorts of hard to find restoration parts for your vintage Italian motorcycle along with all kinds of other useful parts for modern bikes.

Edit:

a UK local supplier can also get these shipped out for £50 ish. Saves time on delivery from bevelheaven, and more than halves the price from the ducati/aprilia dealerships! The part numbers found are common to many aprilia and ducati rear master cylinders.

Yeah - I'll get round to appending it to the brake bits sticky in the technical section.

Quite a few of the ducati's will fit. If memory servers me right, i got one from a ducati multistrada 1050 in the end.
