Decent Battery

What are decent batteries for the falco and where is the bet place to buy? The falco's battery is on its last leg, and it struggling to hold its charge, and the voltage is pretty low.
Wemoto have the Yuasa for around £63 or the motobatt for around £60. Any other contenders?
Thanks,
Dale
*EDIT* The battery in my bike is a YTX12-BS, but there seem to be other part numbers such as YTX14-BS and CTX12-BS. Confused.....

The search function on here will reveal a wealth of info ......
Yuassa YTZ14 (I forget the suffix) is what I have - it's better than the standard YTX14BS but needs some spacers (bits of wood) as it's physically smaller.

I have recently bought one of the yellow Motobatt batteries and i has been fine, fitted in straight out of the box and fired up as they said it would.
I paid under £50 for mine form e-bay.

When I clicked on this the price has doubled, might be a mistake.

I've just got one, cost £45 delivered, that's from Busters evilbay shop. If you check out their spec sheets then they claim to have more Ah and CCA so better whichever way you look at it. MBTX12U is the one you want.
If you are really stuck on a Yuasa, keep an eye out on ebay, you can generally get one for between £40 - £45

Edit:
Holy crap, see what you mean about the price going up on the Motobatt ones.

I'd probably go by the size of the battery, then find the highest capacity and best CCA for that particular size.

I've had an SVR one on for about 4 years, which has been run flat a few times (forgot to plug in the Optimate), but is still going well
But, you've already bought one so kinda moot

I've been using motobatt for years on all my bikes.
they are strong and they hold charge even in long outside winter lay offs.
easily the strongest batteries I've ever used.

3 weeks have passed and still no Motobatt battery.
Apparently the courier managed to damage it
and guess what- they have none left in stock! Means they are sending out a Dynavolt one instead (which is a bit extra, but I don't have to pay the difference)
Any thoughts on the Dynavolt?

Got one on the Falco and it's been fine. Had one on the ER-6 for 2-3 years and it's much better than the Yuasa thing that came with it, started the bike fine at -11, the Yuasa would never have managed it.

Halfords do a Bosch replacement for the Falco. YTX14-BS or M6 018, think it might be an AGM battery.
