It Lives!

#1 Post by back_marker » Sun Apr 22, 2012 7:21 pm

Finally after several months, much fettling, tinkiering and general cocking about, the bike is finally finished.

After much deliberating on a new paint scheme, I finally settled on this matt grey colour which i think has come out really well. The colour does not show up that well because the sun is too bright but it has a sort of blue or purple hue to it depending on the light.

Pics are a bit crap as I took them on my phone, will try and get some better ones some time.

nicely done mate

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

loving the matt paint

That's pretty much what I had in mind for mine one I get round to a repaint. I thought matt black would be nice, but that's very cool

Many of us have them ..... well those of us that wish to watch the black Falcos receding into the distance behind.

Not sure I should get myself involved in the colour debate any more, something tells me I may not have any backup

still wouldn't have one of them glittery brown ones though

Very contemporary so in the world of Falco's probably unique.
A good thing to be, but I've seen a few cars and helmets recently so I'l reserve judgement until I've seen it in the flesh . Not sure if it's a passing fashion.

Looks very good - almost like a stealth fighter...
It's the V-twin thing. There's just something about it that inline-4s don't have at all, and V-4s don't have enough of.
