Hello folks hope is all is well in the land of the falco ? Been away a bit working and not really doing a lot to the bike BUT although i've asked already does anyone know if this type of exhaust would fit on a falco with the rsvr exhaust fitted and swinging arm ...........almost won these but wasn't too sure if they would fit as i thought the battery space on the under tray may get n the way ??

Any help always appreciated ........

This is the Hi-Level not the under-seat but it is the carbon version of what Pete has.
Don't expect a mille hugger to survive with that fitted - it bashed and burnt Pete's to death

Anyone know if Futura link pipes would fit? Not sure of the diameters, or whether they're the right length & have the right bends. But they might point you in the right direction, as it were, for a proper under-seat job. There've been some on ebay recently.

6 & 7 here

I was at one time contemplating buying a pair of carbon can exsausts for the fazer i had has they are underseat exsausts.
Anything is possible but i would think heat shielding would be required under the battery tray and seat area of the falco...
The only other issue i could see with this set up is mounting the number plate and indicators :smt017.
I have thought about this has i have access to a pipe bender and tig welder but i have other arrangements :smt003

No chance of a hugger surviving at all - latest one lasted 50 miles!

But they do sound and perform VERY well;)

Did you re-fit the original shock protector from the falco to cover the ohlins shock or does it not fit and what about the fitting of the cans to the frame ? .........sorry but you should have known by now the questions would be comiing !!!

They look smart though ,,,,,,,,

no chance of the original shock cover fitting !

best chance is too fit a shock tube - nooj sells them :)

as for mounting the cans.... surprisingly easy.... under the rear cowl there are two threaded mount points just in front of the rear light assembly - drop a straight bar down from them, and bolt the straps too them - you will have too bend the straps too the right shape

looks good - but renegades sound ... AWESOME

(Oh - they do perform well !)

Renegade Setup...

Hi all,

OK, have a glimpse at my latest pic in the "Gallery," have the renegade setup and Two Brothers M2 cans on. Flippin so loud I came home from fitting and set off car alarms in my street (Narrow street!). Never mind, have stiffened up my suspension to keep exhaust away from my carbon hugger. Will be fitting different end caps :smt002

Recommend getting the renegade setup people :smt004 Although don't copy too much! Rang Two Brothers in California, and no R+D was done on fitting carbon cans on a twin setup on an aprilia :smt017

Guess our ride is above the norm......

I had the blue shock on when I fitted my cans, and the rear tyre was rubbing on the inside of the cans on the mounting bracket :smt009

Switched to an Öhlins which jacked up the rear end, and problem solved :smt003

Whether it be the Renegade setup or normal headers high level is bloody awesome, especially with baffles removed :smt003

I started the bike with the baffles removed on the venoms under the lean to, and the mrs was stood behind me waiting to pass....
The choke was fully open so the bike revs went straight to 4000 rpm...
Sally nearly pooed her self :smt003
