I intend to change the brake lines so I have bought a Venhill rear set up.
Apart from the usual bleeding problems are there any "Falco" related problems with fitting a new line.

I don't intend to do this until the spring when I will have new pads as well.

In a way I want to check out Venhill as their product does look good, espeacially their banjo bolts which seem to allow an easier fitment.

i cannot help being popular - i get all sorts of questions - like where too find the best stilts, and which hair dye works on pubes... fortunately I have friends who have spent ages finding the answers to such questions so i can only share the love....

and if i was to replace a standard falco rear brake line, i would order a mille length to replace it..... just in case you fit the mille swinger :)

no specific falco issues btw - i would follow KZMilles guide in the aprilia tech section and i prefer to reverse bleed

Not sure about that - the biggest difference to the rear brake line length would be due to the significantly different location of the rear master cylinder on the mille.

Certainly the Falco line works without problem if you fit a Mille swingarm - if you want to be cautious, order a line an inch longer than standard (certainly no more than that)

Sensible chap. I've had this argument many times, but the Falco frame and swingarm were designed mechanically and aesthetically to work together. Why break up a winning combination?

I got the kit and since I was bored I fitted it to the bike, the quality of the hose and fittings is fine.
One thing though is they supply a angled banjo which is a t**t to fit to the pump, so much so in fact that I have ordered anothe rstraight fitting to replace it as I think the strain on the hose will prove to be a problem later on.

As for the bleeding of the brake I tried for a while and but got no where and then I removed the caliper and held it up and then it bled perfectly and quickly.
