Mille Ohlins - where they be then?

I've got a lovely shiny Falco-specific Ohlins fitted at the moment and also have an almost mint Mille (yellow spring) Sachs on the bench next to the still unfitted Mille arm but I'm still thinking what I'd really like is a Mille Ohlins with ride-height adjustment.....can't find any on e-bastard so does anyone know where I could lay me hands on one?

Will a Factory Ohlins fit?

You might be able to get it to work with some effort but it's designed for the new RSVR with different suspension geometry.
I believe people have had some success when they've also changed to the appropriate swingarm.
Maybe someone has used one without that - but I don't know whether they have and if so I don't know with what results.
Too much of an unknown to recommend when there are other solutions known to work well.

I know, I'm an incessant bike meddler but I will be selling the other two when/if I manage to find that elusive Mille Ohlins........actually, thinking about it D-R, I've got a proposal for you (you know what's coming next)....I'll swap you my beautiful and extremely rare clear rear lens for your Mille Ohlins shock.........sounds like a fair exchange to me

No probs, just gotta get the arm tidied and coated, bearings fitted, get new chain then fit the whole ensemble........at that point the other shocks will up for sale, just don't know how long it'll be what with the two storey extension we're currently having built (demolition and rebuild of bigger garage included) plus with TwinNut Jnr No.2 on the way......i'll post it up when it's off the bike.
