Back from Germany tomorrow after 2 weeks away. Will El Falco start? Been left in the workshop without an optimate, so wonder if the battery has held it's charge.

Prize? You do realise that I have to work to pay the rent, put food on the plate, buy bits for the bike and then by clothes for the daughter. (In that order).

If no alarm fitted then yep it'll start no problem.
If however, you have an alarm & it is wired up in working condition................. I would go and get a new battery ready, spares for a starter sprag & download the full workshop manual just incase

I don't think it will come to that, but i must admit i do have AA cover has i would not want to push a bike 
or try and bump start a V twin

You missed the option of getting whoever is nearby to get it on a charger before you get back
