todays top tip

If you are removing an ohlins shock, remember to use the foot peg brackets on the lower setting.... there is not enough room otherwise to get the shock out.....

(Or you could take the wheel out but thats boring!)

I pass a piece of 20mm solid bar through the frame and use a lifting strop and chain blocks pete, I find i have greater control over the bike :smt003

I have two top tips for today
1st dont pull out into the outside lane at speed without properly concentrating
2nd don't have a shredded ntyre whils driving fast at night in an audi especially the one where the wheel has some weird arrangement that requires 3 arms to put it back on :smt003

I think our Dancing Queen is only providing guidance for those with ABBA in their collection ..........

You could use an Ulti-pro stand that doesn't use the footrest stuff.
