Just out of interest is the oil tank on a falco made from steel

, can it be welded?

yes that was on my mind pete but also i wondered if mangocrazy could drill out his tank and weld an M8 nut back into place?

It's an aluminium casting ..... I still have spare ones ......

The Mille one is mild steel
The Mille-R one is stainless steel

Yes, it's far too light to be steel. Not magnetic either (I tried)... Tank is going into Manhattan (the dealers, not the place in USA) tomorrow.
