Went to get the Falco out today to take a little advantage of (possibly) the last nice day of the season (Autumn, not the so called 'biking' season). First off she refused to start, so I rolled out the jump starter and got her going.. Left her to warm up for a while while I got re-kitted up and locked up etc. Got to the end of the road and the fuel light came on.. So nipped to the local supermarket and stuck a few quid in.. Rode out of the petrol station and back on to the main road when I felt the front end slip a little, no bother I thought, probably cold tyres. It wasn't until I went round the second corner that things got a little.. erm.. Interesting! Pulled over, had a look.. Yep.. Fronts flat! FFS!
Luckily I wasn't far from base so wobbled down the road and rather frustratingly put her away.. She's now on charge and has the remainder of a bottle of tyre-seal in the front.. Shall check pressure tomorrow.. Hopefully it seals and we get another nice day so I can go n' play for a bit.
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.
