Well not really, but Blackranger68's issue with finding neutral has sparked a thought.

When I replied I noted that I've started having neutral problems and it seems to coincide with my change to the longer oil filter. Forza (Dave Ward) in Sydney mentioned that all the bikes that had changed to the longer filters indicate oil pressure issues when hooked up to his diagnostics.

So do you reckon that there could be a link?

I'm going to change back to the short filter at the next oil change and see if there is any change.

Hard to believe a longer (bigger) filter would cause any problems - it just means there's a bit more oil in the system

Didn't happen when I changed filters.

However, now that I've changed to a radial master cylinder and braided lines, it has become a bit more tricky than it was.

May be an issue for some Dale, but my 2001 Falco has always had the "neutral selection problems" and is still on the original short filter and the standard clutch jet.
