Any ideas about a new top yoke for my bike ? I'm sure i've seen some of the bikes on here with different better looking top yokes fitted ?

I've an RSVR Factory top yoke (The RSVR one fits the Marzocchi and Showa forks - I've got Ohlins).
Be aware that there is a slightly different offset (about 1.5mm) and although you can force the forks through, you are better off swapping top and bottom yokes as a pair if you go for the RSVR one.

Headache much better today - so much so that I thought I'd go 10hrs without the pain killers to find out how bad the rest is. Well the ribs are extremely painful without medication (bad enough with but much much worse without). Consequently I've ramped the painkillers back up.
Bump on the back of the head going down - not too much of a problem.
I'm not heading for panda-mode.
Ribs will not be quick to fix - think they are going to be the thing that hold me back most.
Trying to sleep is a problem - can't find a comfortable position. Think I only got an hour or two last night. Hope to do a bit better tonight.

ermmmm
in the nicest possible way - stop being all manly and butch, and just take the sodding pain killers - no argument, or i will tell Brock that your pubes are the best shag he is going to get.....

Have to say mate take the pain killers as they're there to help you , i tried not going for them when i broke my ankle a couple of years ago but in the end i gave in and it made life a bit easier that's for sure but as far as using your pubes as the best shag someone else ( male by the sounds of it !! ) is going to get i can't help or comment on ....................carefull with those ribs though !!

Nah - I take them as I need them - don't like taking them more than I have to - especially codeine which is one of the few things that works but can be addictive and "bungs you up".
As when I had broken ribs before, they hurt but are nothing like as bad as cluster headaches - I'd swap them any day.
Had the last lot of pills 9.5 hrs ago and it's OK as long as I'm sitting still. That said, I did cough a while back and thought I might have been a target for Tim on sniper practice .... then realised I wasn't as it would have counted as a hit.
I'll have some pills in a while and can then get on and do a few things.
