DE-RESTRICTED - DIAG 1 Error - Help needed

Haven't had much time to ride my Falco yet, but Iv'e been going round the bike and checking all the nuts & bolts are tight.
The bike came supplied with Carbon Can Co stainless pipes, so I thougth it would be wise to check to see if it had also been chipped, seals are still intact on the ECU box.
Noticed the Oil level seemed too high, way over the top of the Max level.
I syringed out 75ml and went for a run over to the dealer to let him have a look, he must have taken out at least 150ml before the level dropped to midway between MIN & MAX.
After this I managed a decent enough run to get the new tyres scrubbed in and decided to check the Airbox for oil after the level had been so high.
After getting in there I found a little oil but also the Airbox Restrictor still in place from new, a quick check on the ECU connector showed that the wire had not been snipped either!! (Still only 3,700miles on the clock)
Needless to say these issues were fixed immediately and followed up by a quick blast to sample the difference. YAHOOOO!!

Only thing now is I have a DIAG 1 displaying which apparently is a throttle position error. Does anyone know if there is a simple how to posted anywhere, for me to follow?
Any help would be appreciated.
