Right lets start,, question of many
Do the clipons go over the top yolk dead easy or have I got to bugger about with making things longer
Aannnnnnnnndddd, wait for it. Whats the gain
A before and after pic would be marvellous

The gain - huge comfort increase when touring
Do I have to make things longer - no I didn't but you might have to re-route the throttle cables (mine reached JUST) and the position is critical if you don't want to twatt the tank or fairing.

Yah yah, theirs quite a rise on the clipons to start with eh. Looks a good 3-4 inches gain when on top

only thing i had to do was to remove the upright bar that holds the brake reservoir up - then it clears the fairing easily
it makes a lot of difference for doing long trips... though now i have an office based job, and no back strains going on, i may put the bars back....

I'd be prepared to buy new brake lines, mine were just long enough to let me switch the clipons, but there was too much tension on the first brake line running from the MC.

Haven't decided yet, but I *may* be looking to sell my Variobars to fund another project. They will require a bit of fairing chopping though.
