the chief constable of strathclyde police was to day given 3 pionts and fined after being pulled over by one of his own plod for useing his mobile phone whilst driving.

and yes it is 9 pm on a sat night and I have nothing better to do. But I will have a lovely clear head for a damn good ride 2morrow morning
