as my exhausts like to munch on huggers - and yes CF will melt when kept close to a renegade system - I started thinking about getting a hugger made in metal..... obviously would not have to be sepecially strong as its main job would be to just keep crap off the undertray, but any one any ideas on a company that could do such work?

Yes, but you're talking mega bucks for that sort of work.
PM sent.

Pete - a fabricator friend suggests having a look at a hugger/mudguard for a Harley, and seeing if it could be modded - much cheaper.

The hugger on the old RSV arm isn't all that complicated is it?
IIRC it's all straight lines, or does it have a curve on it, I'll need to check.

straight lines on the base, but curved angle over it
