New bits
Got them at the Beaulieu Motorcycle Muster as couple of weekends ago. Not bad for £20. The colour sits somewhere between the bronze paintwork on the bike and the bronze of my OZ's. Not tried them for a fit yet, but I'm sure they can be persuaded to work if need be.

I think they may be a new "absorption-type" of ear-plug .... after all they are a pair ... so unless you are Van Gough there's just the right number.exupmonkey wrote:Ahm...allow me to be first to show ignorance........are they smoking accessories? They would look nice with a lit woodbine shoved in the end
Apart from that, I have no idea.

They're light sabre handles, bought them cheap of General Grievous.
Actually, no they're not, they're posh grips and bar-ends.

They look nice ..... but on a practical note ...... they don't look as though they'll be as attractive as a set of heated grips come the winter months.
Now if they were to make a heated version .......

There is a newish Blade that is sometimes at Willingham that has been done up as a real "Urban Tiger", full tiger fur all over the thing, now that is real style. Can't imagine how they clean the bugs out though.

They're pure bling, but are hardly Graham Norton. Subtle enough to get away with for me, not immediately noticable, but interesting when you do notice them. They'll go with the rest of the bike and look like they're supposed to be there, unlike like a bucket load of pink anodised bolts.
My hotgrips are crap, and my ally clip-ons suck any heat they do make straight out, so these are going on instead, which will also get rid of some of the messy wiring around the cockpit. And I'm going to try and save up for some good heated kit ready for winter.
Not tiger skin or leopard skin, but I do like the idea of a snakeskin saddle, something in black and brown, like a python's colouring.
