Has anyone got suggestions on how to improve the clips on the sight tube,ITS only leaking slightly and sure the bottom one is the culprit

Sorry can't help - I've a tuono one fitted - it doesn't have a sight tube - just a window in the carbon cover (which, actually is a bit crap as you can't tell whether coolant is in the tank unless you shine a torch from behind it)

Yes the pipe has perished, where it curves around to the left there is loads of little splits.Looks age related.

Don't see much point in a sight glass for coolant.. When cold, stick yer finger in the ole' and give it a wiggle. If it's wet, then ride.. If it's not wet then more action is required..lol..

I recently replaced my coolant and its now dribbling from the bottom the same as yours!
The pipe was held on with jubilee clips but the pipe is a perished brown colour!
So I've taken it off and replaced it with some tubing I had kicking around the garage... it was a tight fit, but a little boiling water to make the tube a bit more flexible seemed to work. The jubilee clips are now too large so I've used zip ties to hold it on.
Only issue, although minor, is that the tube is narrower so I've had to guesstimate a new min and max level... although as long as I can see coolant in the tube I'm happy (and if it doesn't leak!).

Very small diameter jubilee clips are notoriously unreliable with soft tubing. The clip is strong relative to its diameter so instead of forming nicely around the object its clamping, it distorts the tubing instead.
Best bet I've found are the small spring clamps that need a pair of pliers to open, usually found on cars or fuel pipes. Might be wrong but I think Halfords flog 'em
