... and I'd just like to point out that they pinched that from here! ... there are even pictures of my own Falco's light switch .....
Here's our thread on it:
https://www.ridersite.com/viewtopic.php?t=1517
Oh, and it won't burn out your light switch - very little current flows through the switch - all it does is turn on the relays that power the lights.
.... and why when I've been quietly stalking a set of 54mm throttle bodies for a while are there threads and posts popping up on all the forums asking general questions about f-ing 54mm throttle bodies !!!!
Whoever beats me to them - I'll hunt you down and you'll die like a dog (well I probably won't be quite that extreme)

They are just bored 51s - Aprilia never made 54s - later bikes have 57s but they work with the later bigger valve engines of the new bikes (not the first valve increase that the Milles got but the new shape ones) - they don't suit the Falco.
The 54s also need new, larger butterflies too
There are also a pair of 59mm bodies with shower injectors on ebay too - but they aren't good for road use and doubt they'd suit the Falco anyway.
Did I mention that I'll hunt down anyone who beats me to the set of 54s I'm watching?

try talking to nick at 123 - he may have some contacts - but the stacks are i think, the problem....
am just going to polish the my 54mmm velocity stacks now, and think of Andy....
actually, that is a lie - am off to have a hoon home from work, and as i will be mainly on the back roads, the extra grunt from the 54mm throttle bodies will be much enjoyed....

Think it's all going to be fairly academic for me seeing as how they are jumping up in price now .... not out of reach yet ..... but ........

AF1 stock the 54mm billet velocity stacks, but they're over £100 shipped to the UK.
I have some 54mm bodies... on a bench in my office, waiting for a cheap solution for the 54mm stacks to present itself.

Can't you wait till aladin's not looking and make a mould from his and then cast some in resin?
Wait till he's not looking again and put the resin ones on his bike

If there's enough material for them to be bored out, I know a man who can.. several actually.. But would need a set of scrap ones to get set up with.. once a jigs been made, the rest will be fairly straight forward..
