depends on which one - linkages etc

BUT

if you have an abba stand, or have a friend with one, less than two hours start to finish

you will need a torque spanner....

(ie, very easy - just take your time)

From memory, the hardest part was was working out which way to turn them to get them out of and then back into the swingarm.

If you have a hugger, take that off first.

OK, twas not mille shock, was Ohlins did it about 4-5 weeks ago.
Once you have the back in the air to take the weight off the rear wheel, is a piece of cake.
Undo bolts, slide old blue out, slide in new shock, do up bolts thats it.
OK I don't have a hugger in the way, found it easiest to pull the old shock out from below.
