#1 Post by herbacious » Mon May 17, 2010 1:49 pm

Hi everyone

just bought my falco on saturday - then did 200 miles on it riding it home via the lakes and the dales :D

its pretty standard apart from some road legal cans, only done 9 thousand miles since 2001

going to be taking it round europe in a few weeks so its going to get a whole lot more miles!

whats a standard one precious??

and welcome - whats your credit rating like??

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

owned an SV650 a few years ago, been riding a 95 Triumph Trident Sprint for the last couple of years - keeping it for day to day use actually.. its my car I suppose :)

I think 3 cylinders is my max

Looks nice - and those fire-red ones look even better in reality - the pictures never quite do them justice.

Judging from the ebay listing, the former owner seems to be enjoying life under the "care in the community" initiative:

any tips on places to visit etc?

im not sure whether we should adopt a strategy of blasting along for a few hundred miles every few days between campsites and then ditching luggage and scratching around for a few days.. or go for the more constant tour and avoid any motorways etc as much as possible camping somewhere else every night..

might stay at the occasional hotel to wash my pants :smt002
