Hi all,

OK, my black 'un seemed to labour on start-up, thought it was the condensation from when I put it back in it's ickle garage Checked my spark plugs and they were far from perfekt

Replaced the said plugs with iridium one's, unfortunately when I pulled off the HT leads one of the metal end clips within the lead came off on the end of the plugs

Would it be best fitting new OE HT leads, or is there a better lead that can be bought for our bike somewhere in the land of the tinternet? If anyone has gone doen that route before....

Guess I am running on three plugs.... Best not ride it then as manana is going to be sunny, what a shame

you do not want to know the cost of aprilia replacements....

when you find out, sit down and try to repair it while sourcing a new one.....

so long as the plug cover slides back up the lead you should be able to repair it without any problems.

OK, flippin aprilia wanted £17.87 + vat + postage for a cap Rang kawasaki world in newcastle (Ex Aprilia Dealer) still had a few pieces in his secret stash! Got a newish one for a fiver Happy bunny now.... Pity I didn't get it till late, there was racing today at Croft Circuit. Was going to ride down and watch the guys go crazy around there Raining tomorrow, so may go down in van and see how they cope with the rain....
