First run of the year

#1 Post by Panda » Wed Mar 10, 2010 3:59 pm

Have day off work, the suns out and the roads appaer dry - so what was i going to do? Yup, release the Falco from its vacuum packed winter hibernation and get out to play. Just back home after a 150 mile run through Perthshire and the southern Highlands. It really is special blatting along with clear blue skies, not a care in the world and 2 foot of snow at the side of the road. I sure I'll thaw out soon - and I really must get myself (and bike) back to the Alps sometime.
I hope the rest of the biking year is this good........

I'd had similar thoughts - skived off work early to get bike out but foiled by a flat battery. :smt010
Darn those infernal bike alarms and their battery draining abilities........ :smt013

I've been out a couple of times this week. More like motorcross than road riding though.
Don't put off 'till tomorrow what you can enjoy today

You got potholes too then. Anything up to 8" deep and getting worse daily here. :smt012

Don't tell fastasfcuk - he'll be down the bottom trying to extract coal ....
