Is anyone breaking a Falco or know of one, if so, please pass on the necessary, I don't really want to pay for a new one and wait ages either....

I meant to check if I still have my old one for you or if I flogged it on ebay when I swapped to the US-spec stand. I will check this weekend.

< sthompson., hi mate, mine looks like it's black and has 2 holes at the top, then bends out from the frame with a hole for the stand bolt. Not like that bracket, unless that is a later one? Someone will confirm I guess.

Ahhh..your needing the actual side stand bracket, this bracket, photo, goes between the stand bracket and the frame. I think it moves the stand back for the bellypan.

Can you not just bend your existing bracket back into shape ? .... a vice and a big hammer should do the job.

yeah I probably could, but without sounding too cheeky, I don't have a vice, or a workbench strong enough. Until I move and acquire a garage, i am stuck working outside on the floor, with a paddock stand and that's it. :smt009

i would take your old one to an engineering works and ask one of the folks there to sort it - straighten it and then weld taut

cost you less than a tenner i think

Just so happens that I do have a spare one, but the postage from here is probably a show stopper.

Check out Alad's repair costs 1st.
