New information to me, I must in the interests of science see if it happens to mine, if I can only find a dry piece of road with no cameras

Easy fix...... don't go above 80 !!
But seriously I think they can be tightened by doing up the nut underneath the fairing.
Seem to recall having to do this on day one.

I've had no problems with mine folding.
In fact I'm absolutely sure mine would stay out at 151.... if I went that fast....on a track day.... ummmm, going now

To get the Falco through the backdoor I have to fold the mirrors in, this eventually slackens the nut inside of the fairing causing the mirrors to fold.
I usually notice it somewhere above 'The Ton' and nip 'em up.
And before you ask, yes, I do stop first.

Yeh, as Fausto says, just tighten your nuts up and it will be fine.

Crikey ..... how fast do these things go ?
..... are you telling me that with several months of advanced training, if I find one of those "dual carriageway" things I could reach speeds of between 60 and 70 miles per hour - were I brave enough .....
I think I'm going to have to go for a lie down

Oh yes! On a motorway it is entirely possible you will be able to get up to the national speed limit of 70 whole miles per hour on one of these machines, scary stuff indeed!

Yeh but it will all happen
very slowly, could even take 6 to 8 seconds from a standing start. Almost a lifetime!

6-8 seconds , lifes to short to waste that amount of time getting to 70
