Kens site!

Didn't read it all it's about changing the fork springs, but might be helpful.

I would have thought Cplus's site would be useful if it's still running, never done it to the Falco myself so no 1st hand experience

Well i have changed my oil twice now and being lazy this is my easy method.

Support the front end I do this by using a Abba stand and simply lifting the bike with a trolley jack under the engine oil tank using a rubber pad. With the top pinch bolts loosened and the fork caps removed I simply remove the bottom compression valves completely to drain the old oil, I left this for an hour to drain and it helps if you compress the forks a little with a lever under the front wheel.
I looks like aprilia use auto transmission oil but I used a good quality synthetic to replace it with, the trick is to get he oil quantity the same in both legs. I measured what came out of both and worked it out from that so don't spill any :smt002 .
Then just replace the valves and refill. I can't be bothered with all that measuring malarkey and my forks don't seem to mind either :smt001
