Which Swingarm suits the Falco best?

The Falco and Mille share a lot of parts.
Aprilia chose to fit a cheaper swinger to the Falco. Does this suit the Falco better or is the Mille arm the swinger it should always have been given?

The newer shape RSVR/Tuono one is missing from the poll, add it and I'll vote for that :smt001

Hey, why can't I vote twice? That's not fair. :smt003

It's not how it looks, it's how you ride the thing!

Dear me, far too much time spent spanner-wielding and not enough riding! :smt003

You can't see it as you're riding but you will be able to feel the extra weight of the bent one :smt020

Why can't I vote in this poll? :smt013 I can post and start threads, but not vote in polls.

Clearly a cunning ploy to keep the number of votes for the standard Falco swingarm artificially low.

Unlike the RSVR swingarm which is, of course, artificially high... :smt003

No extra weight - no weight saving either.

I weighed them both when I did the swap. They weigh the same as each other.
I'm guessing the Mille one may have a theoretical advantage as I think more of the weight is concentrated near the pivot - reducing the moment of inertia ... but, in practice it's sod-all and I can't feel a difference.

I'm with Mango, can't vote and agree with his comments so there.

Dunno why you can't vote ... are you not on the electoral role, are you a serving criminal or certified insane .... or is there just some forum bogup. Tis not of my doing anyway

EDIT:
Just had a thought and checked it out .... neither of you two seem to belong to the Aprilia Usergroup - you're just a couple of interlopers !
Now if you'd like to become proper bona fide Aprilia Usergroup Members, please subscribe to the Aprilia Usergroup.
(However, before you can be admitted, you must pass the swingarm preference test)
I'm not certain this will fix it but my guess is that it will.

OK - I've joined the Priller Usergroup. I need to be approved by a Moderator, apparently...

Don't think that's something I can do ... probably have to be done by Sam or Kwackerz.

Aprilia Group Moderators only have so much power .....

I had left a note for Kwak before the last 3 posts. There are a few people without the usergroup approval.
Not sure if it's a hiccup or an oversight.

or a swingarm critical idiosyncracy. :smt002

Now approved btw Mango. :smt003
