Having bought one of Peter's bellypans I can vouch for the quality, he really does turn out a top quality product.
But................remember to remove it if you do a track day (or a spot of spirited roundabout riding) as it will ground out first on the right and then on the left, and it aint fun listening to all that fibreglass and paint disappearing down the road.

Absolute doddle to fit and fits perfectly, uses the mounting points for the for the radiator splitter and 2 more on each side, no cutting or fitting brackets and it can be fitted / removed in about 2 mins max.

Does it work with the GSXR stand? Another thing I've found with the Skidmarx one is that it touches the oil tank and the exhaust under the bike, so what's the clearance like inside it?

never used the gixer stand but I'd be amazed if it interfered, no problems with touching anything, it really was a "fit & forget" bit of kit.
Hopefully you can see the bellypan mounting points and the stand detail here, sorry I've no more pics

My Skidmarx pan didn't touch the exhaust or the (Falco) oil tank. Are you sure you've got the brackets on right?
It went on really easily and when the Gixer stand went on, 10 mins with a dremmel sorted it out.

no ; have moved up to an mv agusta f4 1000 mamba
still have great memorys off the falco thoug
each year or so I go to the alps for a week with my friends (no women aloud )
and its a week of pure adrenaline seeking rideouts, and to be hounest the falco was the most fun and fastest
thru the mountain passes end neverending swoops than all off the other bikes I have been with(gsxr-mv-)
on all the other bikes the power comes in way to late and much to agressive , I mean by the time you get some grunt(mostley with one wheel in the air), the next bend is already coming up and you have to brake like a mad bastard not to run off the cliff.., this unsetteling the bike and messing up youre smooth lines in the corner
I was faster with the falco in the really twisty bits using the low down grunt off the twin, friends who rode after me(they never could pass me;-) said I was laying down blackies each corner I came out off !!
On the other hand give it some space and nothing comes close to the power surge off a 1000 4 cylinder, using my bike for work and lots off flat open road
this is the enviroument I mostley use the bike in
I mean iff I lived in the alps, or so, a twin would be the bike for me
cheers
Peter
