I'm trying to get together a number of products and services to look after your bikes and keep them in the best condition they can be. I've set my own company up offering bike valeting and ACF50 treatment services, I'm also a retailer and fitter for all Pro-Bolt (corrosion proof fasteners), R&G Racing (crash protection, motorcycle covers etc) and Puncturesafe (top-of-the-range tyre sealant) products.

I usually operate out of my place on the south side of Newbury, but offer a mobile service as well depending on how far away you are and the number of bikes that need doing.

The Anti-corrosion treatment normally costs £60 and includes your bike being cleaned, dried and treated with a hight pressure ACF50 mist that gets into all the areas you can't normally reach without a full stripdown. It's a very thorough service takes about 2 - 2.5 hours per bike. However, get enough bikes together and the price comes down!

The coating creeps into all the nooks and crannies and protects your bike against corrosion throughout the year. It also makes cleaning the thing a whole lot easier as the road grime just slides off with a light wash.

The tyre sealant installation takes about 10 minutes and is £20 per bike. For fitting R&G parts, the cost depends on what you want doing.

It's easier / cheaper / more satisfying to do what I do ....buy a can of ACF50 and do it yourself !...

must admit though ..my Bro' introduced me to it (he's a Fazer owner )

It's ok doing it yourself, but you'll never get the same spread and penatration (ooh-er!) as I can with a compressor and spray gun unless you strip the bike right down.

*edit* It's been a slow take-up over the last year, but I've had over 200 bikes in so far, everyone has been at least happy, at most amazed, with the valeting results. People are starting to come in for their third (and occasionally fourth and even fifth) anti-corrosion treatments now.
