Need a new set of tyres for my Falco. Been running on Pirelli Diablo Corsas are these still highly rated ? The new Bridgestone BT-016s sound interesting.

You should answer the question if they are higly rated yourself I think.
Only you can decide if a tyre is the right one for your use.

The Diablo's still have lot's of positive owners though. Alternative could be conti's or Michelin.

The best for me I've found is Mez6 for all year use, Corsa III for fair weather use (though they are fine in the wet) with a few track days. There's not a lot in it, the Z6 will last a bit longer, but the Corsas give a little more grip in the dry (not that you'll run out of grip on the road with Z6).

I rate ny conti road attacks highly - have never wanted to try anything else

Firstly, Welcome to the forum (please excuse the other unfriendly, unwelcoming chaps ......)

As for tyres - well you're going to get a lot of answers as everyone seems to have their favourites .... all except the truly awful original fit MEZ3s ... we all agree how bad they are on a Falco.

I have been running Diablo Stradas .... and the front is in urgent need of changing. I got 5,000 miles out of the last rear and the front went on 7,500 miles ago.
I'm thinking of a standard Diablo on the front (some swear by the Diablo front, Strada rear combo). Also thinking of finding out a bit more about the Diablo Rosso.

Might put something a bit more sporty on the OZ wheels I picked up - then I can swap about depending on what I'm doing.

What sort of mileage have you got out of the Corsas ?

What Nooj said about the MeZ6s - about 14,000km of commuting / touring and they're still working great. (The rear is only just starting to square off now, so probably another 7 or 8,000km left in it.)

Thanks for all the feedback. Re my old Diablo Corsas, yes I rate them got over 4000 miles out of the rear not great but fun miles . Was interested to hear what else suited the Falco.
Predictably went out and got a couple of Corsa 111s today. Still scrubbing them in so yet to find out how good they are.
Just got to sort out the front end then hopefully on my way to handling nivarna.

I run BT010s and love em in all weather, but will prolly try a set of 016s next cos they do sound good in reviews!

Have just fitted a set of Dunlop Qualifiers....mother-of-pearl! Do they hang on. Nice and sticky...great grip right to the edge...no slipping powering out of corners...stick like sh*t to a blanket. Have always liked the Dunlop Sportmax series. Got great milage out of their "tourer" which also hung on respectably until you really pushed it....even then a controlled slide. There a heaps of reviews on the Qualifier. Don't know what milage I will get, but riding the bike up in my favourite set of twisties today faster than ever before, makes me not really give a damn. What's milage if you have to ride like a granny because you can't trust your tyres?

Just had a new front fitted today. Have recently been running Diablo Stradas and I've liked them a lot.

Still plenty left on the rear but the front was shot so got quoted this week for the Diablo - having heard good reports of the Diablo front Diablo Strada rear combo - and also quoted for the Diablo Rosso.
The price (fitted on bike) of the Diablo was just over £80 whereas the Rosso was (if I remember) about £105.
Bit of a no-brainer.
Went to get the Diablo fitted today .... but he'd not got one in stock (the Pirelli lorry had an accident and the expected tyres were delayed).
Anyway Mike, the chap that runs the place, says he thinks he can do something for me and tells me he has one Rosso in his van - he used it at the tyre launch at Brands and did about 30 laps in the rain. Had a look .... barely scrubbed in - got it at cost.

Riding back home was brilliant. OK, I was comparing to a well shagged Strada but my early impressions are that this Rosso is a brilliant tyre. Excellent roll in to corners, grip feels very reassuring. Hope it will continue to impress .... hoping to wear out the rear Strada so I can run a full set of Rossos.
