Help

#1 Post by Gio » Thu Oct 25, 2007 8:46 pm

I need a new rear seat hump for the Falco as I have lost the old one, does anyone know where I can get one at a reasonable price, or do anyof you have one up for grabs?

Cheers for that I had a look but either I can't see them or they're gone :smt012

Always seems to me that there's plenty about when you don't need 'em and they all vanish when you do, ah well.

Correct.

But it was only mild cussing really.

More to the point, Gio, why didn't you bid for one of them. There were 2 up for auction over last few days. I was trying for the black one but wasn't prepared to go mad. It went for nearly £50 plus post in the end.

Well I'm sorry for that.

I didn't see the black one up for grabs and anyway it was gone by the time I'd have seen it.

I lost it in the afternoon which was after the red one went.

Oh dear. That was indeed bad luck.

Another victim of the unreliable lock ?

I have been keeping an eye on these on fleabay for ages and they do come up fairly regularly - as long as you are not fussed about the colour. For some reason they are mostly red or bronze which must tell us something.....

I have a red one with scratches that I picked up very cheap and plan eventually to have sprayed black but keep delaying in the hope of getting a black one - some hope.

Well it does read a little like one..... BUT I really do intend to spray it.

Tell you what - I'll try and get my finger out and see if I can get the sprayjob done. If I can't or won't and you're still waiting i'll sell it.
