Marzocchi vs. Showa

Has anyone done a back-to-back?

Has anyone found a simple upgrade path for Marzocchi's... do they need them??? :smt017

It used to be simple; Showa forks, get (...shit... I can't remember the name...) new valves, etc.

Is there a definitive solution for Marzocchis???

Suggestions???

Showas can be revalved easily. Mazzochis have the internals rolled together (kind of like the tops of food tins etc) You have to replace pretty much everything inside. I had mine done last year and it cost an extra £50 because they were mazzocchis, I got all the internals back though. I can get you a pic if you want but it will take a day or so because they are in storage.

You could try contacting K-tech, they're supposed to be good quality kit, don't know if they do parts for those forks though.
