Higher Screen
My falco has the high bar conversion, which means cruising above 80 is very buffety and worse with a pillion. I've now decided I need to cruise at least at 90-100 without it being an endurance test....anyone with experience of alternative screens - I see on ebay there is a bolt-on Puig deflector and wonder if that might be the solution? I'm 6ft with a weak neck ;)

Re: Higher Screen
That's the recommended high bar conversion, with the necessary screen butchery :(

Re: Higher Screen
There are double bubble screens available, I'm pretty sure Skidmarx does one and you'll find them on Ebay
Re: Higher Screen
I've got a skidmarx double-bubble screen on mine and still got buffeted at around 90 (mph) on autobahns without the high bars.

Re: Higher Screen
I bought my current one with a double bubble screen and changed it back to the standard. The higher screen seemed to aim the wind at my head, I didn't like it.

Re: Higher Screen
Not long after I bought my Falco (2008) I found the same with the standard screen and started looking at alternatives. The one that seemed to come out best was the Puig screen, slightly higher and with a lip to direct the air over your head (supposedly). I've been pretty happy with it for the last decade or so, but even back in the day they weren't easy to get hold of. I think mine came from Spain. By now I suspect they've entered the realm of unicorn droppings, but if you can pick one up, it might be worth it.
