Well after having taken a fair bit of plastic off and had a good look about the bike, its going to be rebuilt.

Parts I need are:
Clutch (handlebar bit)
Hand brake
Belly pan
Crash posts (going to fit proper ones now)
Left side radiator
Fan
Gear shift
Footbrake
Dashboard mounting bracket (its bent to the left and downwards)
Indicators.

Plus of course it needs repainting.

I reckon 5-600 notes should do it.

Then its up for sale :smt001

I have indicators if you want them

And the bits that fit on the bottom of the side panels just like it came from the factory, would save buying a bellypan :smt002

Hi Pierre, I've got the original Falco bits including indicators but IMO it doesn't look as nice with them on, I'd really like to sell it looking nice :smt017 :smt005

Im goinna be lazy, but hey, whats new.

How many crash bobbins did it have when it crashed, one set or two per side?

Ive heard rumours about Milles, nay, factual reports about Milles, that two sets detracts from the saving power of the bobbins and aides it in flipping.

It had one set only?

Only one set but they are IMO in a stupid place for me, roughly halfway down the bike and I can get my boots tangled in 'em.

The BB had the best arrangement I've had :smt001

Glad your rebuilding her Gio, at least it will be back to its former glory for the new owner, do wonder how long after you stop riding it will take before you get itchy feet again :smt003

Good news that the best looking Falco will be still on the road, hope you'll change your decision regarding yourself. But don't listen to me and do whatever you think is best for you m8!

BTW I've got mildly twisted fairing stay, if you can't find any decent one. Let me know and get better soon.

If the price is right... Very, very right that is :smt003

I've got a friend in Poland who thinks about changing bikes in the near future. Nothing for sure though.
