Fun Quiz: Are the cams one tooth out?

Just checking I've got the cam timing right before I get back on the road.
flashback: This was my pristene, low mileage RSV engine from Belfast that turned out to have replacement heads and the rear timing was 360° out (amazing that he rode the bike before breaking it - you'd think you'd notice that you were riding a 495cc compressor)
By the by - I worked it out and got it running. But this is eating me - I know the marks don't line up exactly but this looks like I might be a tooth out! The engine has run like this without any hot valve on piston action but I think that's possible.
Here's a link to a piccy from 5 mins ago - with the rear locked at TDC.
